What's about genetic's tests on your conutry ?

Hello everybody,
I would like to know if PRA-A genetic's tests is " not made", "sometimes" or "often" in your differents countries. In France we use oculistics tests but for PRA-A, a dog can have the gene without will be hill and when we have producted a dog with PRA-A (+/+) it's often too late ...
So how do you do about this problem ? thanks a lot for all answers !
